1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
4. Committee Reports (if applicable)
5. Secondary Roads (starting at 9:05)
   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
6. New Business
   a. Discuss and possibly approve Abatement of Property Taxes on a property owned by the City of Bedford.
   b. Discuss and possibly approve of courthouse updates and maintenance projects for the courthouse.
   c. Update on the new Public Health building.
   d. Approval of paid claims disbursement register.
   e. Discuss and possibly approve property tax credits and exemptions.
   f. 1:15- Discuss potential litigation matters. (Closed Session)
   _{Request to enter closed session closed session per Iowa Code Section 21.5 (1)(c) to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent and where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in the litigation, and in accordance with Iowa Code Section 622.10 to discuss attorney/client privileged and attorney work product matters with legal counsel.}

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meet regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m.  All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government.

*Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
