6. Union Contract consideration and possible approval.
7. Secondary Roads
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
   b. Discuss and possible approval of Black Maple Wind, LLC Meteorological Tower Permit
   c. Discuss and possible approval of Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc. proposal for BESS Ordinance and AHJ Consulting.
8. New Business
   a. EMA-Radio Project discussion and possible approval. (10:00 a.m.)
   b. ARPA Fund project discussion and possible approval.
   c. Liquor License discussion and possible approval for Bedford Golf Club, Inc.

   a. Discussion and possible approval of Rural Tax Abatement.
   b. Discuss and possible approval on updates and maintenance projects for the Courthouse.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
