    a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
    b. Discuss and possible approval Weed Destruction Notification
    c. Discuss and possible approval Resolution 2024-08 Contract 87-C087-060 for project STP-SC087(60)-5E-87.
    d. Discuss and possible approval Resolution 2024-09 Contract 87-C087-071 for project FM-C087(71)—55-87.
    e. Discuss Iowa DOT County Secondary Roads Budget and County Five Year Plan (CFYP).
    f. Discuss truck and equipment needs.
  6. New Business
    a. Native Hardwood discussion and possible approval of work on Basement floor, Railing and Box.
    b. EMS discussion and possible approval on Levy and Resolution to make EMS an Essential Service.
    c. Proclamation of April as Child Abuse Prevention Month – Sarah Guilliatt
    d. Employee Insurance Buyouts
    e. Discuss and possible approval Resolution 2024-10 Substance Abuse Commitment Attorney Fees.
    f. Discuss and possible approval of Resolution 2024-11 Guardianship Case Attorney Fees.
    g. Discuss and possible approval of New Market City Tax Abatement for the properties at 400 and 402 Main Street, Lots 11 and 12 in Block 11, Original Town of New Market, Taylor County, Iowa.

    a. Discuss and possible approval on updates and maintenance projects for the Courthouse
  8. Approval of Claims and/or Handwritten Warrants (if any)
  9. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
