Supervisor Fitzgerald called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Roll call Supervisors: Horton, and Fitzgerald, and Auditor Bethany Murphy. Also, present Kim Watson and Jim Rowe.
Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to approve the agenda for today’s meeting and the minutes to the last meeting. Motion carried 2-0
There were no public comments. There were no committee reports.
The Board discussed the proposed new Anhydrous Ammonia Storage Facility just outside of Lenox in the SWSE Section 4-70-32. Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to approve the Anhydrous Ammonia Storage Facility in the SWSE Section 4-70-32. Motion carried 2-0.
Jack Gourley joined the meeting to express concerns on the ditch at his farm on J-20. The Roads Department will take care of the drainage issue.
The Board approved the insurance buyouts for Jason Minor and Kellen Sperry. The Board reviewed the Recorder’s Quarterly Report.
Josh Good joined the meeting to discuss moving the website that has been down for two weeks to another web host. The Board agreed to move to the new web host but continue with the old one until everything can be moved so nothing will be lost.
Dana Davis and Frank Seftrit joined the meeting on the City of New Market taking the tax certificates to parcels 1607013007000 and 1607013008000. Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to approve the signing of the tax sale certificates to the City of New Market. Motion carried 2-0.
Fitzgerald made a motion seconded by Horton to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 2-0. Ron Fitzgerald, Vice Chairman of the Board of Supervisors
