   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
   1. Discuss and possible approval of Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co., Inc. proposal for BESS Ordinance and AHJ Consulting.
   1. Discuss and approve County Engineer Resignation
   1. Discuss and possible approval of Interim Engineer and next steps for Engineer Search.
6. New Business
   1. Courthouse Security Plan discussion and possible approval.
   1. City Economic Development discussion and possible approval for funding FY24/25. 9:30 a.m.
   1. New York Life, Micah Costen, discussion on current services available to employees.
7. Old Business
   1. Discuss and possible approval on updates and maintenance projects for the Courthouse.
   1. Work of FY 24/25 Budget.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
