Supervisor Wilmarth called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
The Board stood and said the pledge of allegiance.
Roll call Supervisors: Fitzgerald, and Wilmarth and Auditor Bethany Murphy. Also, present Kim Watson, and Rob Welch.
Fitzgerald made a motion seconded by Wilmarth to approve the agenda for today’s meeting and the minutes to the last meeting and the special session on October 18, 2022. Motion carried 2-0.
Fitzgerald gave a report on the Workforce meeting he attended.
The Board tabled the Public Bidding Policy until next week.
Sheriff Weed joined the meeting to let the Board know that one of the hot water heaters is now working. The part for fix it is $1600.00. The Board agreed to fix the water heater.
Sheriff Weed also spoke about the vehicle that was recently totaled and what the Board would like to do for a replacement vehicle. The Board agreed to purchase a Tahoe to replace the totaled vehicle.
County Attorney Spurrier joined the meeting to answer questions on the bidding process and the appointment of a new Auditor.
Conservation Director Nick Fehring stopped in to see if his department could apply for the safety grant. The Board agreed Fehring could apply for the grant.
Fitzgerald made a Wilmarth made a motion seconded by Horton to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 2-0.
