2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
4. Committee Reports (if applicable)
5. Secondary Roads (starting at 9:05)
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
   b. Discuss and possibly approve consulting proposal for BESS Ordinance and application review.
   c. Discuss and possibly approve Purchase Agreement for Right-of-Way for Project BRSC0809850—60-80
   d. Discuss and set date for Public Hearing for Road closure request made by Chase Weller on part of Orange Ave. Request to make portion of the road a Level C Road.
   e. Discuss complaint against county employee (Closed session Iowa Code 21.5.i)
6. New Business
   a. Discussion and possible approval of 2024 Taylor County Holidays, Bill Pay Dates and Payroll Dates
7. Old Business
   a. Discussion and possible approval for funding for The Farm, by the Taylor County Partners.
   b. Discuss and possible approval on updates and maintenance projects for the courthouse.
   c. Discuss and possibly approve Public Health building updates on construction, maintenance and materials.
8. Approval of Claims and/or Handwritten Warrants (if any)
9. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.
10. Adjournment

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government.
*Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
