1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
4. Committee Reports (if applicable)
5. Secondary Roads (starting at 9:05)
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
   b. Discuss and possibly approve purchase/construction of New Market Motor
6. New Business
   a. Taylor County Partners update on The Farm.
   b. Jackie Ewart: County Insurance update and discussion.
   c. Discuss and possible approval of Homestead Tax Credit.
   d. Secure Benefits Systems Discussion and possible approval.
7. Old Business
   a. Discuss and possible approval on updates and maintenance projects for the courthouse.
   b. Discuss and possible approval for replacement to Taylor County Eminent Domain Board.
   c. Discuss and possibly approve Public Health building updates on construction, maintenance and materials.
   d. Discuss and possibly approve Courtroom tables.
   e. Department Head Meeting: Discussion topics as needed.
8. Approval of Claims and Handwritten Warrants (if any)
9. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government.
*Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
