March 10th 2022 Meeting Minutes

March 10, 2022
Supervisor Horton called the meeting to order at 9:28 a.m.
The Board did not do the pledge of allegiance of allegiance since there was not a flag at the Annex.
Roll call Supervisors: Wilmarth, Fitzgerald and Horton, and Deputy Auditor Sue Cox.
Horton made a motion seconded Fitzgerald approve the agenda for today. Motion carried 3-0.
Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to approve the minutes from the last meeting. Motion carried 3-0.
There were no public comments.
Doug Horton said he attended a DCAT meeting. Ronald Fitzgerald attended ATURA. They will be giving money to Diagonal.
Jim Rowe met with the Board for Secondary Roads. Horton motion and Fitzgerald seconded to approve Resolution 2022-12 290th Street to Level C. Motion carried 3-0
The Board approved 6 Secondary Roads buy-out forms.
The Board signed the 2022 County Weed Commissioner Certification Form.
Horton motioned and Fitzgerald seconded to approve Secondary Roads Union Contract. Motion carried 3-0
Nick Fehring met with the Board and announced that Marti Sutton, Sanitarian, will end employment on Friday, March 11. He would like to hire someone to replace her and also hire one more full-time person. He said that the salary is already in his budget. The Board asked if his Conservation Board has approved this and he said not in the minutes so he was asked to make sure they are ok with it and put in the minutes prior to bringing this back to the Board of Supervisors.
Horton motioned to adjourn the meeting. Fitzgerald seconded.
