October 31st 2022 Meeting Minutes

October 31, 2022
Supervisor Wilmarth called the meeting to order at 9:45 a.m.
Roll call Supervisors: Horton, Fitzgerald, and Wilmarth and Auditor Bethany Murphy. Also present
Kim Watson and Corey Leftwich.
Fitzgerald made a motion seconded by Horton to approve the agenda for today with the addition on
the Green light Resolution and the action on storing the Public Health office equipment.
The Board visited the building purchased for the new Public Health Office to discuss the renovation
project. Fitzgerald made a motion seconded by Horton to approve the Visa bill to be handwritten for
$9.99.
Wilmarth gave a report on the Southern Iowa Trolley meeting she attended. Colleen Larimer joined
the meeting.
Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to hire Corey Leftwich to the temporary Auditor Clerk
retroactive to 8:00
a.m. this morning. Motion carried 3-0.
The Board discussed the renovation of the Public Health.
Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 3-0. Pam
