June 2nd 2022 Meeting Minutes

June 2, 2022
Supervisor Wilmarth called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. The Board stood and said the pledge
of allegiance
Roll call Supervisors: Horton, Fitzgerald, and Wilmarth and Auditor Bethany Murphy. Also, present
Kim Watson and Justin Savage.
Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to approve the agenda for today’s meeting and the
minutes to the last meeting. Motion carried 3-0
There were no public comments. There were no committee reports.
Bob Kettle joined the meeting to discuss the gravel on his road.
Savage updated the Board on the Roads Department projects. They are working on installing a rail
car in the Holt 1 bridge on Lexington Avenue. After that they will be moving to a bridge in Jackson
Township. The contract rock is almost all hauled.
The Board tabled the Engineer contract for two weeks.
The Board discussed repairs needed to the Courthouse. The dome needs painted, and the clock is not
working. There is also wall in the vault that needs a mason to work on it.
Sarah Guilliatt and Crystal Drake joined the meeting to have papers signed for the USDA Grant
Application. The Board signed the documents to finalize the submission on the grant.
The Board approved the support agreement with Solutions for FY23.
Fitzgerald made a motion seconded by Horton to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 3-0. Pam
