March 3rd 2022 Meeting Minutes

March 3, 2022
Supervisor Wilmarth called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
The Board stood and said the pledge of allegiance
Roll call Supervisors: Fitzgerald and Horton, and Wilmarth and Auditor Bethany Murphy. Also, present Justin Savage, Julie Robinson, and Sharon Dalton.
Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to approve the agenda for today’s meeting. Motion carried 3-0
Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to approve the minute from the prior meeting. Motion carried 3-0
There were no public comments.
Wilmarth reported on the RC&D meeting and the Southern Hills Mental Health meeting she attended.
Fitzgerald gave a report on the Crossroads Mental Health meeting he attended.
Savage presented a utility permit from Fronter for a drop service at 1457 Utah Avenue. Fitzgerald made a motion seconded by Horton to approve the utility permit for Frontier. Motion carried 3-0.
Savage also presented the plans for the granular resurfacing project. Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to approve the Granular Resurfacing Project. Motion carried 3-0.
Fitzgerald made a motion seconded Horton to extend the Dearborn Dental until May 2022. Motion carried 3-0.
Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to select Delta Dental Plan 3 tier 2. Motion carried 3-0.
Dennis Cooper joined the meeting.
10:00 a.m. Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to open the public hearing on changing service level on a portion of 290th Street to level C. Motion carried 3-0.
There were no written or oral objections to this.
10:05 a.m. Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to close the public hearing. Motion carried 3-0.
Fitzgerald made a motion seconded by Horton to reclassify an Area Service Level C a portion for 290th Street in Sections 5,6,7&8 of Ross Township starting at a point approximately 33 feet west of t he intersection of 290th Street and Idaho Avenue in the southwest quarter of Section 5 Ross Township thence west .54 mile to the point of termination. Motion carried 3-0.
Jack Reed and Josh Weed joined the meeting.
10:30 a.m. Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to go into closed session for union negotiations. Motion carried 3-0.
