5. Secondary Roads (starting at 9:05)
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
   b. Discuss and possible approval of Purchase Agreement for parcel 60TC-3 for project STP-S-C087(60)—5E-87.
6. New Business
   a. Susan Swartz and Jaque Lenhart, Taylor County Compensation Board recommendation.
   b. Discuss and possible approval of DOLGENCORP, LLC. Class B Alcohol License.
   c. Discuss and possible approval of 6 Month Lease for South Public Health Building at 507 Central Ave, Bedford.
   d. Discuss and possible approval of Abatement of taxes at 205 S. Walnut, Lenox; Orig Ex Tr 4’x7’ N SI Lot 302 Corp Len Lenox for City of Lenox.
7. Old Business
   a. Discuss and possible approval of funding for The Farm, by Taylor County Partners.
   b. Discuss and possible approval on updates and maintenance projects for the Courthouse, update to Courthouse Generator.
8. Approval of Claims and/or Handwritten Warrants (if any)
9. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
