1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Committee Reports (if applicable)
4. Secondary Roads (starting at 9:05)
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
   b. Discuss and provide directive to Weed Commission on how to proceed with control of noxious weeds on private land in Taylor County
   c. Discuss and possibly approve the purchase and installation of a shop hoist
   d. Discuss fuel quote award approved in prior meeting
5. New Business
   a. 9:35 – Discuss and possibly approve office equipment for IT & server room
   b. 9:40 – Discuss and possibly approve software for website and server components
   c. 9:45 – Discuss and possibly approve Verkada and Midwest Data quotes
   d. 9:50 – Discuss and possibly approve tax credit and exemption applications
   e. 9:55 – Discuss and sign Sheriff’s Union agreement for FY24
   f. 10:00 – Discuss and possibly approve Insurance Buyout applications
   g. 10:05 – Discuss and possibly approve claims to be paid
6. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meet regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m.  All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government.

*Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
