a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
b. Discuss and potentially decide upon Agrivision driveway entrances
c. Discuss and possibly approve Contractor’s Performance Bond for project FM-C087(70)–55-87
d. Discussion and possible approval on a battery storage facility in Taylor County, with potential connection to a wind energy project - New Business
a. 9:30 – Discuss and possibly approve participation in Invitation to Qualify Grant
b. 9:40 – Discuss and possibly approve completion of Dissemination Agent Agreement
c. 9:45 – Discuss and possibly approve wage increase for Auditor’s Office employee
d. 10:00 – Closed session discussion on Sheriff’s Office union negotiations and arbitration
i. Closed session conducted under Iowa Code 20.17(3)
e. 10:15 – Review and possibly approve claims to be paid.
f. 10:25 – Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 2023-11 to cancel Workforce 28e

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meet regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government.
