5. Secondary Roads
   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable).
   1. Discuss and possible approval to set date for pipe letting, May 9, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in the Boardroom.
6. New Business
   1. Public Health Department update, Crystal Drake.
   1. Discuss and set Public Hearing Date for dissolution of Agreement between Taylor County and South Central Iowa Regional E-911 Service Board.
   1. Discussion on Letter of Resignation from Dr. Stephen Gruba, MD., as Medical Examiner.
   1. Discussion and possible approval of TCA Grant for Lenox, New Market and Bedford (10:00 a.m.), Cole Walters.
7. Old Business
   1. Discuss and possible approval on updates and maintenance projects for the Courthouse.
   1. Native Hardwood discussion and possible approval of ceiling repair.
8. Approval of Claims and/or Handwritten Warrants (if any)
9. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
