March 24th 2022 Meeting Minutes

March 24, 2022
Supervisor Fitzgerald called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
The Board stood and said the pledge of allegiance
Roll call Supervisors: Horton, Fitzgerald and Auditor Bethany Murphy. Also, present Justin Savage
Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to approve the agenda for today’s meeting and the minutes to the last meeting. Motion carried 3-0
There were no public comments.
Horton gave a report on the Landfill meeting he attended.
Fitzgerald gave a report on the Matura meeting he attended.
Wilmarth joined the meeting.
Savage and Raymond Olney joined the meeting. The Roads Department has been working on maintenance and will start spot rocking today. Weed Commissioner Olney discussed the Boards expectations for the upcoming weed season.
The Board approved the health insurance buy out for Diane Sefrit.
Sarah Guilliatt and Sandy Boswell joined the meeting to update the Board on the CBDG Grant requirements. The Board approved the procurement notice to go to the paper to get a grant writer for this project.
The Board approved several equipment disposal forms from the Sheriff’s Department.
Fitzgerald made a motion seconded by Horton to approve the elected official’s salaries for FY23 the new salaries are Treasurer, Recorder and Auditor $56,353.63 County Attorney $73,498.95 Sheriff $78,858.89 and Supervisors $24,612.96. Motion carried 3-0. Horton made the motion seconded by Fitzgerald to approve an 8% increase for the County Attorney Secretary and 8% for Environmental Services Director. Motion carried 3-0.
Fitzgerald made a motion seconded by Wilmarth to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 3-0.
