Supervisor Wilmarth called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
The Board stood and said the pledge of allegiance
Roll call Supervisors: Horton, Fitzgerald, and Wilmarth and Auditor Bethany Murphy. Also, present
Justin Savage and Kim Watson.
Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to approve the agenda for today’s meeting and the minutes
to the last meeting. Motion carried 3-0
There were no public comments.
Wilmarth gave a report on the Fifth Judicial meeting and the Southern Hill Mental Health meeting she
attended.
Fitzgerald gave a report on the Crossroads Mental Health meeting he attended.
Savage needed the granular resurfacing project contract to be signed.
Savage discussed going to summer hours in his department. They would like to start May 26 -August 3.
Horton made a motion seconded by Fitzgerald to allow the department to start summer hours on May 26, 2022
Motion carried 3-0.
Jodi Still joined the meeting at 9:53.
Sarah Guilliatt and Crystal Drake joined the meeting to update the Board on the status of the grant
applications. The Board needs to come up with a list of capital projects for the next 5-10 years.
The Public Health would like to move to the EMA Office but are waiting on the EMA commission for
approval. They would like to stay in that location until their new office is ready. The Board will check
into the cost of a moving company to get them moved if the EMA Commission approves Public Health
Department the use of their building for the interim time until their new office is ready. This could be for
up to a year.
The Board approved the claims to be paid.
Fitzgerald made a motion seconded by Horton to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 3-0.
