1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
4. Secondary Roads:
   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable).
   1. 2025 County Five Year Program Resolution 0.1 for BRS-C087(76)—60-87 Holt 23 45129 update discussion and possible approval.
5. New Business:
   1. SICOG Update on activities and grants.
   1. Taylor County Fire Association discussion and possible approval of funds.
   1. Sheriff’s Copy Machine Agreement discussion and possible approval.
   1. Discussion on changes to Taylor County Webpage.
6. Old Business:
   1. Discussion and possible acceptance of official Letter of Resignation from County Attorney, Clint Spurrier.
   1. Discussion and possible approval on updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.
   1. Elected Official updates and office activity. 
7. Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.
8. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
