3. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
4. Secondary Roads:
   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable).
   1. Review County Engineer Job Description
   1. Secondary Roads Transfer #1-FY25 discussion and possible approval.
5. New Business:
   1. Insurance Buyout for County Employees discussion and possible approval.
   1. Darin Schlapia, NEW Coop, discussion and possible approval of tank conversion.
   1. Mike Devoe discussion and possible approval on Abatement for City of New Market
   1. Exempt properties and Abatement on properties Discussion and possible approval on handling FY 2023 Valuations.
   1. Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 25-4, Establishing the Taylor County Compensation Board.
6. Old Business:
   1. Discussion and possible approval  on updates to maintenance projects to the Courthouse.
   1. Elected Official updates and office activity. 
7. Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.
8. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting
