3. Supervisor Committee Reports
4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
5. Secondary Roads:
   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable). 9:15 a.m.
6. New Business:
   1. Kyle Ahlenstorf with Infinity Health 9:30 a.m.
   1. EMS discussion and possible approval on Levy and Resolution to make EMS an Essential Service.
   1. Discussion and possible approval of Visa Card for County Attorney’s Office.
   1. FY 24/25 Budget Amendment discussion and possible approval to set hearing date.
   1. 2025 County Holiday discussion and possible approval.
   1. Sheriffs’ Office discussion and possible approval of repairs to patrol vehicles.
   1. Closed Session per Iowa Code 21.5(i) Evaluation Performance Reviews 10:00 a.m.
7. Old Business:
   1. Discussion and possible approval on updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.
   1. Elected Official and Departmental updates.
   1. Discussion and possible approval of Union negotiations.
8. Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
