2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Supervisor Committee Reports
4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
5. Discuss Union Negotiations Closed Session 20.17 (3) 8:30
6. Secondary Roads:
   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable). 9:15 a.m.
7. New Business:
   1. Discussion and possible approval of Iowa’s Five-Year Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSO) 2024-2028 – Belinda Ogle.
   1. Discussion and possible passage of Amended Flood Plan Management Ordinance #34 (after Public Hearing at 10:00 a.m.)
8. Old Business:
   1. Discussion and possible approval on updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.
   1. Elected Official and Departmental updates.
9. Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.
10. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
