- Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
- Secondary Roads:
a. Secondary Roads update, possible approval of utility permits and projects. (as applicable). 9:10 a.m.
b. Open and possible approval of road pipe bids.
c. Tractor and mower insurance loss discussion and possible approval of claim.
d. Discussion and possible approval of water truck. - New Business:
a. Globe Life Family Heritage Representative.
b. Closed Session per Iowa Code 21.5 (i) for employee evaluation.
c. Department Head Meeting/Update; covering Sections 6 & 7 of Handbook. 10:15 a.m. - Old Business:
a. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.
b. Elected Official and Departmental updates. - Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.
- Discuss and start agenda items for the next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
