1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Supervisor Committee Reports
4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
5. Secondary Roads:
   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable). 9:10 a.m.
   1. Discussion and possible approval of plan set for local rock contract letting.
   1. New hire discussion and possible approval.
   1. Discussion and possible approval of new position.
6. New Business:
   1. County Employee Insurance Buyouts discussion and possible approval.
   1. Deer Ridge Liquor License discussion and possible approval.
   1. Discussion and approval of County Credit Card credit limit.
   1. Set Public Hearing Date for Adoption of FY26 County Budget.
   1. Back the Blue discussion and possible approval.
   1. Discussion to move all Departments to an 8-hour workday as well as acquiring vacation, floating holidays and sick leave at the rate of a 8 hour day for FY26. Possible approval.
7. Old Business:
   1. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.  
   1. Elected Official and Departmental updates.
8. Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.
9. Discuss and start agenda items for the next meeting.
10.  Adjournment

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
