3. Supervisor Committee Reports
4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
5. Secondary Roads:
   a. Secondary Roads update, possible approval of utility permits and projects. (as applicable). 9:10 a.m.
6. New Business:
   a. John Fraley, Tax Sale discussion and possible approval of Kafkas 155’x39’ Lot 8 Lenox, 9:30 a.m.
   b. Discussion and possible approval of Taylor County Sheriff Contract Appendix A Base Wages. 9:45 a.m.
   c. Terri Larson, Mausoleum discussion10:00 a.m.
   d. Ewart Insurance, Jackie Minor, FY26 ICAP Renewal discussion and possible renewal

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
