  1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
  2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
  3. Supervisor Committee Reports
  4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
  5. Secondary Roads:
    1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable). 9:15 a.m.
    1. Flood Plan Management update discussion and possible approval.
    1. Discussion and possible approval of Secondary Roads 2025 Floating Holiday List.
  6. New Business:
    1. Taylor County Conservation Board discuss Conservation & Director Position, possible approval of hire. 9:30 a.m.
    1. Recorder Rick Sheley notice of Retirement: Discuss and possible approval of Recorder Vacancy.
    1. FY25-26 Medical Benefits Notice
    1. FY25 Amendment to Taylor County Holiday Schedule discussion and possible approval.
    1. Taylor County Employee Insurance Buyout Forms
    1. ARPA Memorandum of Understanding discussion and possible approval of obligations.
  7. Old Business:
    1. Discussion and possible approval of Mental Health Advocate.
    1. Discussion and possible approval on updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.

    1. Discussion and possible approval of Union negotiations.
  8. Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.
  9. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County
